The site provides a browser-based calculator for the Korean Four Pillars (Saju) tradition. The output is a symbolic and educational chart based on traditional East Asian descriptive systems. It is not:
- Medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice
- Financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
- A guarantee, prediction, or forecast of any future event
- A substitute for professional consultation in any domain
3. No professional relationship
Use of the site does not create any professional-client relationship between you and the operators. The interpretive content is general cultural and historical information about the Four Pillars tradition.
4. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the site's infrastructure
- Scrape, mirror, or republish the site content in bulk without permission
- Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others
5. Intellectual property
The site code, design, and original English interpretive text are released under the MIT License unless otherwise noted. The Four Pillars system itself is a 3,000-year-old cultural heritage and is not subject to copyright. Hanja and Chinese characters used in the chart are not subject to copyright.
You are free to use the site's interpretive content for personal, educational, or commercial purposes with attribution.
6. Third-party services
The site uses the following third-party services:
- Cloudflare Pages — hosting and CDN
- Google AdSense — advertising
Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of third-party services or ads.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the site's output. The Four Pillars algorithm has been verified against known reference dates but may differ by ±1 day near solar-term transitions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the site in violation of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
